I marvel at buyers who are only concerned about the product’s function — while it may be good for their bottom line, it makes me wonder how often they step over a dollar to save a dime.

Also, that like-rhyme was not pre-meditated. 😋

And another thing… what’s the value of the energy or vibe or mindset fancier tools give us? Are we better creators or artists or programmers because we’re surrounded by either quality, artisan, or luxury products? While it’s possible that line of thinking might just be a way to rationalize the irrational, I don’t know that it is for everyone. I have certainly had my share of excessive spending in the past, but now that I’m actually earning a living from my creativity and craft, it feels much better to feel that my purchases are connected to a business plan.

At least that’s what I keep telling myself. 😎
